Vinted is Europe's biggest pre-loved fashion marketplace, with 75+ million registered members in 18 countries. We want to make second-hand the first choice worldwide.

A team of 1,200+ people from Vinted's offices in Vilnius, Berlin, Prague, and Amsterdam develop and support our platform. We share a unique work culture that's based on aiming high, taking ownership, co-creating, caring, and growth.
- We're looking for a full time TikTok Content Creator and Community Manager.

**In this position, you'll**:

- Be responsible for the concepting, development, planning and execution of TikTok content for the Vinted account
- Book and guide external creators to execute TikTok content for Vinted as and when needed
- Research, analyze and periodically report on content trends, news and platform updates, acting as the main expert and consultant in the area for the Creative Unit and Digital Marketing teams
- Be responsible for community management on the Vinted TikTok platform, making sure all audience interaction follow the company guidelines and tone of voice

**About you**:

- TikTok obsessed
- You have a passion for circular and sustainable economy, and want to champion these values in your work
- You are able to shoot and edit out of the TikTok app, with an interest in experimenting and leveraging new formats to increasingly engage and entertain the Vinted audience
- You are able to provide relevant guidance on TikTok content creation, internally and to any external collaborators
- Excellent listener, open and action-oriented with receiving feedback
- You have experience in community management on TikTok, enjoy interacting and getting feedback from users
- You work well in a fast paced environment and know how to manage your deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in the Adobe package (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator) is a plus
