**Your tasks**:

- Work with production to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality of renders.
- Troubleshoot render scenes, identify bottlenecks and pro-actively find areas of improvements.
- Work closely with artistic and technology departments on the implementation and documentation of best practices.
- Suggest new ideas and solutions to rendering challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Animation, Games or related field.
- Solid understanding of computer graphics.
- Production experience with modern rendering engines, preferably Arnold.
- Production experience with Katana, Maya, Nuke and Houdini.
- Production experience with managing render farms (preferably Tractor).
- Experience writing shaders is highly beneficial.
- Programming experience with C/C++ and Python.
- Web development experience with PHP, Python, HTML and Javascript is a bonus.
- Experience with leading a team and prioritising work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a fast paced, occasionally high pressure environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
