**About Motor**:
MOTOR Ai is a start-up from Berlin that is working on the future of autonomous driving. We are bringing the first ISO-compliant Level 4 autonomous cars certified in Germany to the roads. Since our founding in 2017, our goal has been to further develop our technology. We solve complex driving situations and adhere to autonomous driving certification standards. Our unique technology stack is a blend of various Artificial Intelligence techniques and conventional approaches.

**Your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Acquiring a deep understanding of our perception stack, algorithms, and software tools to assist the team in accelerating development.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and real-time software solutions for autonomous vehicle operation.
- Working closely with the perception team to identify opportunities for enhancing our software and processes, actively contributing to their refinement and advancement.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience working on projects utilizing ROS2.
- Proficient understanding of various 3D detection and tracking algorithms for Robotics, including both Deep
- Solid comprehension of deep learning-based vision algorithms, such as semantic segmentation, instance segmentation, and 2D detectors.
- Excellent coding skills in C++ and Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Possesses a collaborative mindset and works effectively as a team player.
