An unserem europäischen HQ in Aachen suchen wir dich als Assistenz (M/F/d) mit vielfältigem Aufgabengebiet in einem internationalen Umfeld (wir vereinen 26 Nationalitäten allein in Aachen). **Deine Tätigkeiten**:

- Organisation und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen deines Teams, von der Planung und richtlinienkonformen Buchung bis hin zur Unterstützung bei Visa-Anträgen und Reisekostenabrechnung
- Koordination von Kundenbesuchen am HQ in Aachen, inkl. Korrespondenz mit Cateringunternehmen, Buchung von Meetingräumen, Hotels und Transportmitteln, sowie von Besuchen auf Handelsmessen und internen Events
- Eingabe und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen für Schlüsselprojekte des Aachener HQs in das Buchingssystem
- Koordination der zeitgerechten Dienstwageninstandhaltung deines Teams
- Überwachung des Marketingbudgets und den dagegenlaufenden Ausgaben
- Ad-hoc Unterstützung bei Kampagnen für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Abteilungen
- eigenständige Kommunikation bzgl. Büropräsenz (3 Tage/Woche) und die Koordination der teaminternen Urlaubsplanung
- Leitung interner Umfragen
- Unterstützung der Kommunikation von Marketingaktivitäten, zB Neuprodukteinführungen, Strategieupdates usw.
- Unerstützung bei verschiedenen Forschungsprojekten, zB in Bezug auf Wettbewerbsnachrichten, Industrietrends u.ä., und das daraus resultierende Erstellen von Reports und Präsentationen
- eigenständige Verbesserung von Prozessen und Templates, zB in Bezug auf Marketinginitiativen bei Produktneueinführungen, Produkt-Checklisten u.ä.
- Tracking von Schlüsselprojekten und -Initiativen

**Du bringst idealerweise mit**:

- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung o.Ä. mit erster Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat,der Projektassistenz oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- eine proaktive, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Lust darauf, Dinge zu verändern
- eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Herangehensweise
- du gehst zuverlässig mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen um
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
