**Purpose of Position (Summary)**:

Replacement existing position of Ralf Rosenberger

Continuation of Existing and Developing New Training programs
- Continuation of technical support of MSA Test equipment to Support EMEA and International Teams. This in close cooperation with R&D to transfer knowledge to the Field Service teamsA positive and engaging disposition while upholding the ethics and values of the MSA organization

- Expert Test Equipment, Testbenches, Network, database infrastructure, Replication platform_

**How is it accomplished/Key Performance Indicators?**
- Technical Expert of Test equipment, test Software, Network, Database infrastructure
- Work in close cooperation with R&D and Marketing to Improve continually knowledge and expertise of Testbenches
- Organise Service and maintenance training programs to improve Customer Experiences related to Test systems.
- Develop and conduct Online Technical courses to update technical teams
- Provide Technical support face to face / remote, on existing test system at International level

- Develop and Conduct Technical Trainings_

**How is it accomplished/Key Performance Indicators?**
- Conduct Technical Trainings for Technicians, MSA Personnel, Partners and end User, in close cooperation with Training Coordinator.
- Develop Training formats, face to face, hybrid and pure online internet-based learning
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Develop, improve digital learning platform using latest Multimedia Technologies..
- Manage the training programs in accordance with customer needs, regulatory requirements,

- Preparation and Maintaining of Training units_

- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) Service and Maintenance of Serviceable Products
- Maintain Training Aids, Equipment & Tools
- When required cover Service task on MSA Products
- Recondition the Training samples after the training, cleaning, complete, test of used

- Prepare and Complete Trainings_

- Booking and preparing of Training rooms, Training samples
- Schedule and lead joint dinners for the participants when needed.
- Bring after the Training the Training room back in a clean state
- Prepare finalize Certifications
- Evaluate and Improve customer satisfaction.
- Fill out Training orders in CRM

Qualifications:
**High Level Requirements of Position**:
**Experience (required)**:

- Technician with High-end Technical Skills, Training skills
- Language skills, German Native excellent level, English business fluent
- Degree in a relevant technical field
- Relevant Software Expertise, Network, database infrastructure
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking during face-to-face and in On-Line Trainings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Qualification in MS Office

**Experience (preferred)**:

- Qualification in MS Office advanced level
- High end technical expertise on Test equipment.
- Proven experience as Technical Trainer
- Experiences in Service Training activities
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset

**Education (required)**:

- Training experience

- Technical degree

**Travel**:

- 90 %

**Responsibility**:

- Conduct Technical Training classes, with focus on maintenance and repair of
- safety equipment.- Technical Expert of Test Benches (SmartCHECK),Software and Network solutions, at International level, in close cooperation with R&D/Marketing.
- Provide a high level of Customer Support related to Test Equipment
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses, customer contacts
- Develop technical course content in cooperation with product experts
