**ESG / Sustainability Intern (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung unserer Portfoliounternehmen in verschiedenen Themenbereichen, wie zum Beispiel Digitalisierung, Klima oder Nachhaltige Lieferkette
- Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien, Zielen und Implementierungsplänen für die Portfoliounternehmen der AURELIUS Gruppe
- Begleitung der Portfoliounternehmen beim Aufbau eines ESG Reportingsystems für die Erfassung von ESG Daten (insbesondere hinsichtlich EU CSRD und EU Taxonomie)
- Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Responsible Investment Ansatzes der AURELIUS Gruppe

**Dein Profil**:

- Laufendes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Ingenieurwesens, der Sozialwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften, idealerweise mit Studienschwerpunkten im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Sustainable Finance, Klima oder Circular Economy
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit aus Praktika und/oder Werksstudierendentätigkeiten
- Grundkenntnisse einschlägiger Nachhaltigkeitsstandards und Legislativen (u.a. EU CSRD, EU Taxonomie, GRI, SASB, TCFD) sind ein Plus
- Erfahrung bei der Einführung von ESG Reportingsystemen (quantitative und qualitative Daten) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS Office Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
