Our client is one of the biggest industrial machinery manufacturers in Italy for the food sector. The company specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of a wide range of machinery.
**Posizione**:
Main tasks:
- Be responsible for Sales performance of the Country working through;
- Identify and realize business development opportunities within the Country;
- Maintain a customer-first and product-focused organisation in Germany;
- Realization of Sales objectives by leveraging existing sales structures;
- Work directly with our CEO on pushing forward cross-department initiatives that improve the market share in the Gemany;
- Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and performance expectations for the teams in Germany;
- Provide effective communication to management and other business units as appropriate and necessary;
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the group.
**Requisiti**:
- Professional background in sales and team management;
- Be based in Germany (Wittlich) - reporting directly to headquarter in Italy;
- Understand the German and European market of machinery;
- Strong leadership skill set with experience in leading cross-functional teams and expertise in running an organisation and structure;
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects and deliver growth results;
- Communicates fluently in German and English.
