**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du verantwortest als Gruppenleiter:in Accounting Principle die personelle und fachliche Führung der Gruppe „Accounting Principles“ in Abstimmung und Berichtslinie zum AL Accounting Advisory & RtR Evolution.
- Du hast die Verantwortung für die sachgerechte bilanzielle Abbildung von Geschäftsvorfällen in Übereinstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Bilanzierungsrichtlinien von Vodafone.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Abstimmung und Dokumentation von komplexen und materiellen Ansatz-, Bewertungs
- und Ausweisfragen mit Vodafone Group Reporting und dem Wirtschaftsprüfer.
- Du unterstützt die Unternehmenstransformation durch die bilanzielle Würdigung, Dokumentation und Implementierung künftiger Änderung, u.a. getrieben durch die Umsetzung der Fiber Strategie, dem 5G Netzausbau und weiteren strategischen Projekten.
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung geänderter oder neuer Vorschriften nach IFRS und HGB sowie die Abbildung geänderter oder neuer Vodafone Konzernvorgaben.
- Du unterstützt als Trusted Partner die Fachbereiche in Bezug auf bilanzielle Fragestellungen inklusive des Aufzeigens von Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Produkt
- und Vertragsbilanzierung.
- Du strebst mit Deiner Gruppe nach kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen im Bereich Accounting Principles unter Anwendung neuer Technologien.

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnlichen Fächern mit Finance oder Accounting Schwerpunkt.
- 5-8-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer großen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mit Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Dax Unternehmen, sowie Prüfung von Unternehmen aus dem Telekommunikationsumfeld im Besonderen.
- Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB.
- Erfahrung und Prüfungshintergrund im Umfeld der Telekommunikation.
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards, insbesondere mit besonderem Industriefokus Telekommunikation. (IFRS15, IFRS16, IFRS9)
- Erfahrung mit dem Vodafone-internen Finance Core Business Modell (CBM) ist von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Leitung von Projekten.
- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
