We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Specialist to support senior benefits staff on various projects. This role focuses on collaboration, data management, and process optimisation within our benefits programmes/

**What You'll Do**
- Support strategic benefits initiatives and special projects in collaboration with senior benefits staff
- Leverage advanced Excel and data analysis skills to track benefit metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure benefits programmes remain competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Perform compliance checks and support audits to maintain adherence to legal and internal policies
- Assist in the creation, review, and enhancement of benefits policies, procedures, and workflows
- Optimise HR systems to enhance benefits processes, track performance metrics, and support system-related initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and senior staff to ensure effective project execution

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive data
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate challenges and take ownership of solutions independently
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other tools to create complex reports and identify trends
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Team-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication in English and German and skills to support cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of benefits structures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Proven problem-solving ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a benefits or HR-related role, focusing on data management, research, or policy development
- Familiarity with compliance regulations regarding employee benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
