**Your tasks**:

- Develop a merchandising range plan for the EDI partner stores with close coordination with the Wholesale teams
- Setup up dashboards/reports and analyses the data to provide sell-thru feedback on regular basis
- Provide replenishment & stock transfer opportunities for EDI stores to Wholesales teams based on product performance KPIs
- Monitor fabric, style, color, and size selling performance, and strategize accordingly to improve inventory levels going forward
- Manage inventory for all core carry-forward styles to meet forecast plans
- Run weekly data checks on sales, inventory levels, quality of data transferred and report back to IT/WHS on discrepancies
- Run seasonal stock return analysis to improve future season merchandise planning
- Support internal Financial controlling team in closing the year-end sales KPIs and provide feedback to Accounts Receivable on invoice difference
- Book damaged product goods into our Futura retail system on regular basis
- Setup the EDI (Electronic Data Interface) KPIs for our WHS partner accounts and review the structure of the KPIs on yearly basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Business Unit, Wholesale Partners, development (IT), etc., and execute day-to-day tasks as necessary to achieve common goals

**Your qualifications**:

- Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial qualification
- Professional experience in the field of EDI and e-commerce
- Positive, energetic self-starter who thrives in a team environment, but also works well independently, takes initiative, and exhibits ownership
- Strong analytical skills relating to retail math and performance metrics
- Superior communication (both written and verbal), and excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency, can hit the ground running, and creative problem solving
- Excited to contribute, add value, and join a brand that is passionate about its mission
- Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel including V-Lookups and Pivot tables, and Merchandise management systems i.e. ERP (Futura) + POS systems + Power BI
- Business fluent in German and English, spoken and written
