**Über den Bereich**

Group Audit (GA) dient als unabhängige “Dritte Verteidigungslinie“ der Deutschen Bank und unterstützt als solche proaktiv die Geschäfts
- und Infrastrukturbereiche dabei, Kontrollschwächen zu identifizieren.

Diese Position ist Teil des GA People Strategy Teams, das die Aufgabe hat, die GA People Agenda voranzubringen und hierbei an den GA People Strategy Team Lead berichtet. Die Rolle bietet insbesondere die Möglichkeit, mit einer Vielzahl an Stakeholdern innerhalb und außerhalb der Funktion zusammenzuarbeiten.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Als Teil des Teams unterstützt Du das GA People Strategy Team dabei, die People Agenda des Bereichs voranzubringen, um die globale, hochklassige, proaktive und zukunftsorientierte Revisionsfunktion der Bank zu erhalten. In diesem Zusammenhang unterstützt Du auch die Einführung einer zentralen Personalstrategie mit dem Ziel einer flexiblen und lebendigen People Agenda
- Du bist in die Einstellungsprozesse eingebunden und überwachst dabei alle Einstellungsaktivitäten, z.B. durch Überprüfung des monatlichen Reports der Mitarbeiterzahlen und aller weiteren Bestandteile des FTE Trackings der Region inklusive der Erstellung monatlicher und quartärlicher Fortschrittsberichte
- In dieser Rolle stimmst du dich mit der Personalabteilung ab, um Interview
- und Onboardingprozesse zu monitoren und identifizierst und eskalierst dabei auftretende Prozessstörer, um die divisionsweite Verbesserung der Einstellungs
- und Onboardingsprozesse voranzutreiben
- Du unterstützt die Einführung eines globalen Traineeprogramms und unterstützt beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
- Darüber hinaus beinhaltet deine Rolle die Unterstützung der Einführung regionaler Initiativen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, z.B. im Rahmen von Recognition Awards, Mitarbeiterbefragungen, des Beförderungsprozesses sowie des jährlichen Leitungsbeurteilungsprozesses. Gegebenenfalls wirkst du darüber hinaus an ad hoc Projekten des Business Managements mit

**Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Mitarbeiterprozesse, z.B. in den Bereichen Geschäftsstrategie, Performance Management. Business Management, Training & Entwicklung, Diversity & Inclusion
- Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere hinsichtlich klarer, strukturierter und logischer Kommunikation sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich und die Fähigkeit, über Hierarchieebenen hinweg ein starkes, nachhaltiges Netzwerk aufzubauen
- Teamfähig mit einer positiven Einstellung, hoher Arbeitsmoral und der Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und dabei Aufgaben zu priorisieren
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit kombiniert mit ausgezeichneten Organisations
- und Strukturierungsfähigkeit sowie hohe Professionalität und ethische Standards, da die Rolle den Umgang mit sensiblen persönlichen und geschäftlichen Daten beinhaltet
- Ausgezeichnete Analyse-, Interpretations
- und Problemlösefähigkeit, insbesondere bei der Analyse großer Datenmengen hinsichtlich ihrer finanziellen und operativen Auswirkungen. Exzellente Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Word, Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint)
