**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Lead the FBNL Sales Team based in the markets and help coach and develop talent within the team
- Manage the commercial relationships with our key customers in FBNL
- You will lead the customer activity plan, Joint Business Planning and internal forecast
- Be responsible for delivering against the sales and profit targets
- Responsible for their customers trade spend budget and driving the best ROI linked to the EMEA guidance
- Solve any problems logically, work through an issue and present options to Management for company wide solutions

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree - in Business Economics/Administration or a similar field
- Fluent in French and English, further languages as an advantage
- Experience in leading a team from a distance
- Passion for performance and execution, speed, drive and willingness to make a difference
- Strong work ethic - with a focus on delivering outstanding results
- The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
