**Werkstudent* (m/w/d) für den Bereich People & Organization/Employee Development.**

Deine Aufgaben:

- Du organisierst interne und externe Trainings (Trainingsbuchungen, Terminkoordination, Überarbeitung von Trainingsunterlagen, Raumvorbereitungen etc.)
- Du unterstützt das Onboardings neuer Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du setzt diverse Trainings und E-Learnings in unserem Learning Management System auf
- Du bietest Support für Mitarbeiter:innen bei Anfragen zum Thema Personalentwicklung und Trainings
- Du gestaltest unsere Intranetseite mit Inhalten zu Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung, Gesundheitsmanagement sowie Infos für unsere Auslandsgesellschaften

Dein Profil:

- Du bist in einem relevanten Studiengang( z. B. BWL, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Personal/HR oder vergleichbar) immatrikuliert
- Einsatzdauer: mind. 6 Monate für 20 Stunden pro Woche, ab sofort
- Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und weist Organisations
- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Selbstständigkeit, Sorgfalt sowie Detailgenauigkeit aus
- Du bist engagiert, zeigst Eigeninitiative sowie Zuverlässigkeit bei eigenverantwortlichen Aufgaben
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und hast Interesse an anderen digitalen Systemumgebungen (Learning-Management-System)
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
