We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Holzkirchen Office.

Representative Responsibilities:

- Primary contact to our dealers on orders
- Ensuring the correct and timely processing of customer orders
- Processing of all customer orders in SAP from order entry to invoicing
- Processing of loan orders in SAP
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Cooperation and coordination with the internal departments Sales, Finance and Materials management
- Support in customer service relevant tasks

Qualification:

- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Suitable apprenticeship
- 1 to 3 years previous administrative experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent customer-oriented behavior and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Familiarity with SAP an advantage

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Hauptansprechpartner bei Bestellungen von unseren Händlern
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit unseren Kunden bei allen auftragsbezogenen Themen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten und termingerechten Abwicklung von Kundenaufträge
- Abwicklung aller Kundenaufträge in SAP vom Auftragseingang bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Abwicklung von Leihaufträgen in SAP
- Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
- Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit den internen Bereichen Sales, Finance und Materialwirtschaft
- Unterstützung bei Customer Service relevanten Aufgaben

Qualifikation:

- Abitur oder äquivalenter Abschluss
- Geeignete Berufsausbildung
- 1 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnetes kundenorientiertes Verhalten und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
- Vertrautheit mit SAP von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PC-Anwendungen (Microsoft Excel, Outlook und Word)
