Wir suchen ab sofort einen kundenorientierten Customer Care Representative (m/w/d) befristet bis 31.08.2024 als Elternzeitvertretung.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Beratung des Fachhandels über Produkte und entsprechender Alternativen sowie zu Produktverfügbarkeit
- Annahme von Bestellaufträgen per Telefon, E-Mail, Fax oder online Plattformen sowie deren Erfassung und -bearbeitung (z.B. in SAP R3/System sowie Esker Dokumenten Manager)
- Annahme und Bearbeiten von Musteranfragen (Produkte oder Werbematerialien) von Kunden und Außendienst in den Systemen SAP/R3 und Salesforce
- Bearbeiten allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben wie Korrespondenz mit Kunden und das Versenden von Rechnungen, Anlieferungsnachweise, Bearbeiten von Retouren und deren Dokumentation gemäß Retouren Prozess etc.
- Erstellen von Gutschriften und Lastschriften
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten (Stammdaten, Bestandsdaten etc.) und Umsetzen von qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene medizinische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service oder anderem kundenorientierten Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Service Orientierung
- Empathisches und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
- Eigenverantwortliches, team
- und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
