You will manage the end to end Early Career program work with the communication team, business leaders, hiring managers and the HR team to create an effective, quality and value-oriented Early Career strategy to attract future talents.

- **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have 2+ years of recruitment experience with Early Career and/or Employer Branding activities
- You have a mindset for continuous improvement and creating efficiencies of processes
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are a team player and ability to collaborate with others
- You have Bachelor’s degree

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You define sourcing strategies (career fairs, university partnerships, platforms, social media campaigns etc.) which is linked to Tradebyte’s hiring plan and strategy
- You design events to get together with future talents which supports Tradebyte’s employer branding
- You provide relevant guidance and coaching to our employees who may become ambassadors for TB Early Careers events
- You plan and implement early careers onboarding and post hire engagement activities, events and groups

- You establish a true business partnership with the hiring managers, HR partners and management on all recruitment related activities and issues
