Als **Teamleiter (m/w/d) für Projekte, Prozesse und Inventorymanagement **sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team (3-4 direct Reports) für Lösungen zur Weiterentwicklung und agilen Transformation. Sie identifizieren und realisieren Potenziale und sind für die Aufschaltung von Neukunden, des Go Live und die Überführung ins Tagesgeschäfts zuständig.
**Auf wen wir uns freuen**:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Spedition oder Logistik und idealerweise Erfahrung als Projektleiter und / oder Teamleiter
- Nachweisliche Erfahrungen in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Kommunikationssicher mit gutem Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, sowie eine gute Selbstorganisation (z.B. Eigeninitiative, Zeitmanagement, Prioritäten, hoher Qualitätsanspruch, usw.)
- Analytische und prozessorientierte Denkweise
- Echter Teamplayer mit Teamgeist und sozialer Kompetenz und mit der Fähigkeit, sich in einem familiären und interkulturellen Team gut einzubringen
**Darauf dürfen Sie sich freuen**:
- Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben als Teamleiter gehören die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 3-4 Mitarbeiter*innen (fordern, fördern, bewerten, entwickeln)
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und sorgen aktiv für einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (Kaizen, YES Konzept, QM, usw.)
- Sie bearbeiten Projekte und Roll-Outs, erstellen Fachkonzepte und präsentieren die Ergebnisse im Gremium
- Sie kümmern sich um Definition, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Prozessen, schulen Anwender, erstellen Prozessflussdiagramme, Prozessinstruktionskarten und sonstige Zeichnungen
- Als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter (QMB) sichern Sie Ihren zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich und sorgen für die Einhaltung der Auflagen, die sich für den Standort Duisburg als Störfallbetrieb ergeben
- Sie berichten an den Operations Manager und die Standortleitung
- Sie steuern Aufbau und Implementierung transparenter Controlling
- und Steuerungs-Tools (operatives Kennzahlensystem)
