**Aufgaben**:
Als **Field Desk Supervisor (m/w/d)** sind Sie verantwortlich für:

- Organisation und Führung der Backoffice
- Bereiche
- Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung aller Bereiche nach betrieblichen Erfordernissen, sowie Monitoring der Performance
- Erkennen, Analysieren und Lösen operativer Herausforderungen sowie Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen nach betrieblichen Erfordernissen und Notwendigkeiten
- Definition, Ermittlung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen, Verantwortung für die Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Schnittstellen sowie Erstellen von Reports
- Identifizieren von Optimierungspotenzialen der Arbeitsprozesse, u.a. Ausarbeitung, Einführung, Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessstandards innerhalb und bereichsübergreifend
- Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Trainings und Unterweisungen
- Sicherstellung der Financial Standards (SOX) im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Kommunikation mit Kunden aus dem LEH sowie internen Carrier Kältetechnik und eServices Bereichen
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Backlog Peak
- Klärung fachlicher/ technischer Fragen
