Division Global Master Planning Lead

**Responsibilities**:
Managerial tasks:
- Supervise Master Planning Team Leads and Material Planning Leads globally for all sites within the Division
- Define, regularly review, and adjust work packages for the Master Planning team in adherence with company guidelines.
- Drive people development and succession plans for Master Planning Team Leads and Master Planners.Functional tasks:
- Establish and continuously improve Master Planning processes (RCCP, MPS, NRP, and MRP) for all items within the Division. Embed global S&OE guidelines into Division processes.
- Facilitate the Global Division IBP SMR, guiding Master Planning teams in establishing, running, and improving sites’ SMR.
- Collaborate with the Global Master Planning Lead to define and continuously evolve IBP SMR templates.
- Hold end-to-end inventory oversight for all products within the Division, ensuring adherence to Inventory TOM for continuous improvement of Inventory Health and cross-functionally aligned Safety Stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Global Master Planning Lead to create standard supply allocation rules, seeking sign-off from Division Heads and ensuring adoption of agreed rules.Communication and Division Support:
- Keep Division management informed about current demand supportability gaps and the latest outlook, escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Liaise with the rest of the Division Operations team to define short-term and structural actions to increase demand supportability, alongside risk mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with the Global Inventory Head, Regional Supply Chain, and Business Units to define the right inventory and Safety Stock levels to best support commercial efforts while optimizing working capital.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Division management team and Division Operations team in defining the right value chain setup to achieve business objectives.

Your qualification
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
- Over 15 years of comprehensive Supply Chain experience, emphasizing end-to-end expertise in both demand and supply planning.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in building processes, setting up teams across cultures and collaborating with senior leaders
- Excellent communication skills for effectively leading and motivating a global team in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in cross-cultural leadership, committed to fostering diversity within the team.
- Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders, balancing various interests and priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required (estimated at 10%) to fulfill global responsibilities.
- Flexible availability for calls covering multiple time zones.The position can be filled within EMEA. Hybrid or remote work possible.
