Nelta ist ein junges und erfolgreiches IT-Beratungshaus mit Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Segmenten der Wirtschaft. Zurzeit sind wir vorwiegend in den Bereichen Automobil, Banken und Finanzen, Logistik und Transport, E-Commerce sowie dem Behördensektor und Gesundheitswesen vertreten. Unsere Expertise erstreckt sich dabei von QA über SAP bis hin zu Salesforce und Softwareentwicklung. **Deine Aufgaben als Head of QA (d/w/m) bei Nelta**
- In erster Linie verantwortest Du die strategische Planung sowie Umsetzung von QA Themen und trägst maßgeblich zu einer langfristigen Weiterentwicklung des Kompetenzzentrums bei.
- Du entlastest unseren VP Quality Assurance thematisch und bist sein Sparring Partner auf Augenhöhe.
- Als Head of QA unterstützt Du das Board bei der Erreichung von Jahreszielen und setzt Dein Know How erfolgreich ein.
- In Notfällen hilfst Du bei Projekten, indem Du Ideen mitgibst, Wissen teilst, Konzepte verfasst und Deine Teammitglieder supportest.

**Was Du dafür mitbringst**
- Uns ist es vor allem wichtig, dass Du tiefreichende praktische Erfahrung besitzt, um Probleme und Fehler zu identifizieren und dadurch Abläufe sowie Prozesse stetig optimieren zu können.
- Deinen Background hast Du im Testing und konntest in Projekten verschiedene Bereiche der QA hands on kennenlernen.
- Du besitzt ein starkes berufliches Netzwerk, hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Beratungsbranche und kennst Dich mit den Trends auf dem Markt aus.
- Du brennst für Deine Arbeit, hast einen kritischen Blick auf die Dinge und denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus.
- Du kannst gut mit Menschen, bist kommunikationsstark, proaktiv und entwickelst Dich gerne weiter.
