**Human Resources Generalist (m/w/d)**
Standort: München
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung, Teilnahme und Durchführung von Messen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Managern in den Hotels
- Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung von Personalrekrutierungsmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensvorgaben
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter in unseren Head Offices in München und Berlin
- Beratung, Informationstransport und Unterstützung für die interne sowie externe Weiterentwicklung (Trainings, Schulung, Weiterbildungen)
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der gesetzlichen sowie unternehmerische Pflichtschulungen (DSGVO, Arbeits
- und Brandschutz, Cyber Security) in enger Abstimmung mit den ALs
- Organisation und Kontrolle der Trainings und Webinare in allen Abteilungen
- Organisation und Koordination der Mitarbeiter Benefits (Geburtstage, Jubiläen, Feiertage)
- Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen gemeinsam mit ALs / GL
- Vertragsmanagement
- Erstellung und sorgfältige Pflege der Personalakten gemäß den Unternehmensrichtlinien und in Hinblick auf die DSGVO
**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalmanagement idealerweise aus der Hotellerie oder anderen Industrien
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement und / oder eine betriebswirtschaftliche Fortbildung bzw. Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement ist von Vorteil
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Programme
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
