**Meine Aufgaben**
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung des bestehenden Buchhaltungsteams
- Aufbau des Teams inkl. Implementierung neuer sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Buchhaltungsprozesse
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB und perspektivisch IFRS) und des dazugehörigen Berichtswesens
- Koordination der Kontenpflege, Einhaltung der Compliance-Vorgaben und Überwachung des Forderungs
- und Mahnmanagements sowie rechtzeitige Zahlung sämtlicher Verbindlichkeiten
- Fachliche Unterstützung bei Bilanzierungs
- und GuV-Fragestellungen zzgl. der Abstimmung inkl. Meldung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
- Aktives Sparring mit der Geschäftsführung, dem externen Steuer
- und Lohnbüro sowie Finanzbehörden
- Begleitung der Audits und Sonderprojekte hinsichtlich M&A

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Steuern oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition und sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und im deutschen Steuerrecht (zusätzlich IFRS vorteilhaft)
- Kenntnisse im Auf
- und Ausbau von Buchhaltungsstrukturen inkl. dem Onboarding neuer Kollegen
- Ein hohes Maß an betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes, strategisches Denken und Handeln
- Hohe persönliche Integrität, Sozialkompetenz und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit (zahlreiche Stakeholder inkl. der Geschäftsführung), Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Umfangreiche ERP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
- Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. C1) verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse vorteilhaft

Diese Rolle wird in den oben aufgeführten Bereichen für den Aufbau der Buchhaltung und die externe Berichterstattung für die europäische Region verantwortlich sein, die mit den anderen globalen juristischen Einheiten und der amerikanischen Muttergesellschaft integriert wird. Diese Rolle ist dem Global Group-Finance VP unterstellt.
