Wir sind da für Menschen mit körperlichen und geistigen Behinderungen, alte Menschen, Kinder und Jugendliche, Menschen mit besonderen sozialen Problemen und psychischen Erkrankungen.

Für das offene Angebot im stationären Wohnen für psychisch kranke Menschen mit einer Suchtmittelabhängigkeit in Ludwigsburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Nachtbereitschaft und Wochenendkraft (m/w/d)

im Rahmen einer geringfügigen Beschäftigung. Die Stelle ist vorläufig auf 1 Jahr befristet mit der Option auf Entfristung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Übernahme von Nachtbereitschaften sowie Diensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
Ansprechpartner*in für Bewohner*innen im offenen Bereich, insbesondere in Krisensituationen
Freizeitgestaltung am Wochenende
Kontrolle und Ausgabe von Medikamenten
Dokumentation

**Ihr Profil**:
Interesse und Motivation zur Beziehungsarbeit
Souveränität im Umgang mit Krisen
- und Konfliktsituationen
Aufgeschlossene, engagierte und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit
Erfahrung mit psychischen Erkrankungen von Vorteil
Positive Grundeinstellung zu Diakonie und Kirche
