Executive Talent Attraction Project Associate

**What you’ll do**

Your responsibilities include the following:

- Ensure the operational excellence of the executive recruiting service delivery by
- Assigning Headcounts to responsible executive recruiters
- Posting jobs internally & externally on the SAP Careers site
- Maintaining open requisitions in SuccessFactors
- Scheduling interviews and meetings with HRBPs and hiring managers
- Providing relevant documents to the business (scorecards, CVs)
- Ensuring all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process are regularly updated on the status of recruiting for each position
- Collaborating with (Organizational) Data Management and Total Rewards during the hiring process
- Being an EIC Hero - chase existing and create new tickets
- Triggering the executive onboarding process of new executive hires
- Deliver on local requirements during the recruitment process by collaborating with the german works council or consider other relevant local procedures required in the country of hire
- Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on hiring data and KPIs
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies

**What you bring**
- University degree in a related field of studies e.g. Human resources, social sciences, business administration
- Extensive knowledge in HR particularly in the areas of operations, PMO and recruitment
- Practical experience in recruiting or recruiting operations is an advantage
- Excellent German (native language) and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Project Management skills
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud
- A structured, reliable, and independent way of working even under pressure
- Strong focus on results and high level of service orientation and (internal) customer-focus
- Ability to work on own initiative as part of a virtual international team
- Problem solver, hands-on and solution-oriented working mode
- Internal network with relevant stakeholders is beneficial
- Strong communication style with senior leadership
