Intern - People Team (F/m/x)

**Your role**:
As our intern in the People team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various projects that the People department will lead on. Our team is growing and we need support on few areas, particularly in HR admin, recruiting and event organisation. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the core functions of People team.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Berlin, Germany

**Key responsibilities**:

- You will support People department in executing HR initiatives
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records (personnel files, HR databases, HRIS system)
- Provide administrative support in processing employee documentation, such as contracts, amendments etc.
- Assist with organising and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, events, workshops and training programs.

**What you add to our crew**:

- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing career in HR and desire to gain practical experience in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- You are a native German speaker and fluent in English
