Hobson Prior are looking for a Process Expert | Project Controller to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a contract part-time basis located in Pfaffenhofen. Our client is focused on constructing new production facility for highly potent antibody-drug conjugates.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will be responsible for reaching deadlines and cost management, recognising weak points and risks, as well as guaranteeing project viability.
- Examine and handle both international and local project risks as well as developing efficient countermeasures.
- Review and handle change requests in the project, analysing the impacts on costs and timelines.
- Monitor the planning and implementation phases, guaranteeing targets are met and suggesting realistic countermeasures if required.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise on commissioning procedures in the biotech sector.
- Familiarity with working on bioconjugates would be beneficial.
- An analytical individual with the ability to resolve issues, focusing on project risk and change management.
- Works well in a team.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in both English and German.
