**MISSION**:

- Legal counsel for our business unit Professional Coffee Machines and legal support for (inter)national digitization projects
- Legal counsel for contract drafting and contract negotiations
- Support for the Head of the Legal Department of WMF Group GmbH
- Specialist focus: Commercial & civil law, IT law as well as distribution & antitrust law
- International cooperation and close communication with the French parent company

**PROFILE**:

- Degree in law (both state examinations)
- Senior professional experience (min. 7 years) in an internationally active company or internationally active law firm
- Expert knowledge of IT law, ideally in relation to digital environments
- Technical understanding and interest in technical contexts and their implementation through appropriate contract drafting
- English business fluent
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting
- High reliability and commitment as well as strong communication skills
