**DIE ROLLE
Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Standorte Bremen oder Augsburg einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für den Bereich Legal & Compliance mit dem Umfang von bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) bist Du in die alltägliche Tätigkeit der Rechtsabteilung eines international agierenden Softwareunternehmens einbezogen und unterstützt das Team in verschiedenen Bereichen. Dazu gehören unter anderem das Vertragsmanagement, der Datenschutz sowie das Compliance-, Qualitäts-, Umwelt
- und Arbeitsschutzmanagement.
**AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung der Abteilung bei allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel bei der Prüfung von Verträgen oder der Erstellung von Compliance-Richtlinien
- Recherchetätigkeiten zu Fragestellungen aus dem IT-Vertragsrecht, Datenschutzrecht und verwandten Rechtsgebieten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Recht und Digitalisierung
- Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen, sowie Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Erweiterung und Pflege der Vertragsdatenbank, unter anderem durch die Digitalisierung und revisionssicheren Ablage von Verträgen und dem Ergänzen dieser durch Metadaten Unterstützung des Bereichs bei der Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertragsmanagement-Systems

**QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- Erste Bezugspunkte zum Recht der Digitalisierung (IT-Recht, Datenschutzrecht, etc.) sind von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Du bist aktuell als Student (m/w/d) eingeschrieben und befindest Dich noch mindestens 12 Monate oder länger in Deinem Studium
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die Dir das Arbeiten in einem bilingual kommunizierenden Unternehmen ermöglichen Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
