**Your tasks**:

- The Group Holding Accountant, working together with one other Group Holding Accountant will have shared responsibility for ensuring the accurate accounting of the group holding accounts in Germany, Switzerland an UK, preparation of the holding company management and statutory accounts, supporting subsidiary accountants with ad-hoc questions, collecting data for analysis, support development of systems/internal control environment and support the Group Accounting Manager with the monthly group consolidation and preparation of group annual financial statements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting operations, transactions, and re-invoicing of costs between entities for our European group holdings (DE, CH, UK)
- Keep the ledger in full compliance with Group accounting standards
- Manage payroll accounting, supported by central and/or outsourced HR payroll service
- Issue timely and complete monthly internal accounts for group finance & FP&A
- Manage all tax aspects (VAT/Corp Tax) with support from Group Tax Manager
- Support the Group Accounting Manager on complex recordings (M&A) and cost center accounting for Group projects
- Invoicing group mgmt. fees and central group fees
- Support maintenance of the group accounting manual and group accounting standards
- Reconcile group intercompany positions
- Assistance with the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts of the group holdings
- Supporting statutory audits of the group holdings and preparation of the corresponding documents
- Support further improvements on group internal control standards (ad-hoc and project-wise)
- Support data preparation for FP&A and group controlling
- Supporting of and working collaboratively with other finance (tax, treasury, controlling)

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 3+ years of business experience in a similar role (accounting, accounting standards, audit) or with a consultancy or accounting company or with an international corporation
- Comfortable to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects running simultaneously and delivering tangible results within deadlines
- ERP exposure (MS NAV or D365 as advantage)
- Strong skills in accounting standards - the Group uses Swiss GAAP FER (mainly small deviations to IFRS for SMEs - much simpler)
- Speak and write in German and English language at a professional level is essential
- Limited travel may be required (less than 1 per month)
