- In collaboration with the executive leadership recommends strategic objectives for improving Quality and EHS processes that aligns with company strategy
- Provides frontline leadership to Regional Quality Directors and their teams
- Develops, documents, and implements companywide management standards and procedures
- Leads and supports company's Quality & EHS program with oversight for ensuring regulatory and legal compliance with quality requirements
- Strategically assesses quality issues within Norma Group portfolio and provides decisive feedback on improving the performance of the quality management system
- Understands and drives the design and deployments of KPIs as needed to improve Plant’s performance
- Drives efforts to create and lead quality and safety improvement activities
- Responsible for the implementation of internal and external audits on global scale
- Communicates with the certification body related to the organization of the audit of the management system

**Education and Experience**:

- Master's Degree with an Operational, Quality or Manufacturing focus
- Long-term experience and proven track record in Automotive industry is a must have, ideally experience in other industries
- Strong people-manager with proven experience as disciplinary and functional leader in an international matrix organization
- Expert on production methods, tools and concepts such as Just-in-time, Lean/Kanban, ideally with proven certificates
- Career progression through various manufacturing roles with focus on industrial engineering and production systems
- Self-starting personality with creative drive to shape processes and structures sustainably
- Acts with a global perspective and strategic mindset
- Ability to establish stable working relationships at all levels of the organization and communicate effectively throughout
- 30% international travel requirement
