Als Head of Marketing bringst Du eine Leidenschaft für HealthTech mit und leitest die Marketingabteilung unseres Kunden. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie, um Awareness, Leadgenerierung und Traffic weiter auszubauen. Im Fokus der Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie steht der maximale Support von Sales für den digitalen Marktplatz und der SaaS-Lösung.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwickle ein tiefes Verständnis für die Produkte und Community, um für die nächsten Wachstumsschritte bereit zu sein
- Du baust, leitest und entwickelst ein hochleistungsfähiges Marketingteam, das von einer autonomen Arbeitskultur geprägt ist und eine Fail-Fast-Mentalität mitbringt
- Du entwickelst die Marketingstrategie und Roadmap der digitalen Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Communication & Product Teams
- Du verantwortest übergeordnet die strategischen Entscheidungen hinsichtlich Branding, Content und Performance und freust dich, deiner Hands-on-Mentalität Ausdruck zu verleihen, indem Du auch selbst mal mit anpackst

**Dein Profil**:

- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Marketingteams, idealerweise in einem wachstumsstarken Technologieunternehmen im E-Commerce
- Eine starke Erfolgsbilanz im Bereich Marketing und die Fähigkeit, digitale Marketinginitiativen kritisch zu hinterfragen
- Eine kundenorientierte Denkweise und ein datengesteuerter Ansatz
- Leidenschaft für die Arbeit sowohl auf strategischer als auch auf operativer Ebene
- Unternehmerisches und wirtschaftliches Denken, das zur Erreichung unserer Geschäftsziele beiträgt
- Hervorragende proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Marketing-, Geschäfts
- und technische Herausforderungen sehr gut und effektiv an Stakeholder zu kommunizieren
- Offenheit für ein dynamisches Umfeld und ein hohes Wachstumstempo
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, um unsere Zielgruppe zu analysieren und zielgerichtete Marketingmaßnahmen aussteuern zu können
