Als grünes FinTech sind wir bei Bees & Bears davon überzeugt, dass Kapital der Schlüssel zur Beschleunigung der Energiewende ist. Die Herausforderung, vor der wir stehen, ist gewaltig: Bis 2050 müssen weltweit 150 Billionen Euro () investiert werden, um Klimaneutralität zu erreichen. 65% dieser Investitionen müssen durch Kredite finanziert werden.

Unsere Mission ist es, Kapital in die nachhaltige Wirtschaft zu lenken, um die Transformation zu beschleunigen und die Welt grüner zu gestalten. Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit den Herstellern und Verkäufern von grüner Hardware wie Energiespeichern, Solaranlagen und Wärmepumpen zusammen, damit ihre Kunden die Anlagen und Maschinen so einfach wie ein Telefon über Klarna finanzieren können.

Noch ist Kapital ein Blocker für grüne Technologien. Wir wollen, dass Du uns hilfst, das zu ändern.

**Aufgaben**

Wir suchen eine hoch ambitionierte Person, die zu einem absolut aufregenden Zeitpunkt ins Cockpit von Bees & Bears pünktlich nach unser Finanzierungsrunde und mit dem Launch des ersten Produkts einsteigt.
- Als Founders Associate wirst einer der wichtigsten Teile des operativen Geschäfts und unsere Gründer dabei unterstützen, das Unternehmen auf Kurs zu halten.
- Du setzt Dich mit grüner Hardware, Unternehmen aus dem ClimateTech, Investoren und Banken auseinander und kannst viel über die neuesten Klimatechnologien lernen.
- Neben unserem Produkt und Kunden hilfst Du uns ein durch und durch nachhaltiges Unternehmen aufzubauen und und bringst eigene Ideen mit ein.
- Als Allrounder wirst Du in vielfältige Projekte eingebunden und unterstützt auch beim Recruiting, Debt Raising, Unternehmensauftritt, den Aufbau von Strukturen und in Leadership Meetings.
- Du begleitest und unterstützt die Gründer bei allen wichtigen Belangen sowohl im Alltagsgeschäft als auch strategischen Aufgaben.

**Qualifikation**
- Du stellst höchste Qualitätsansprüche an dich selbst und bringst ein großen Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
- Du bist schnell, hoch motiviert, offen, ehrlich, und willst laufend lernen.
- Du suchst eine außergewöhnliche Festanstellung mit einer unglaublichen Lernkurve im Entrepreneurship persönlich als auch fachlich.
- Du bist sehr an Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit interessiert und willst mehr darüber lernen und bewegen.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau) und Englisch C1 fließend in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast oder bist dabei erfolgreich dein Studium in einer wirtschafts
- bzw. naturwissenschaftlichen oder einer anderen relevanten Disziplin abzuschließen.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrungen mit
- Du hast ein natürliches Gespür für spannende komplexe Zusammenhänge und verfügst über eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Selbst wenn Du nicht ganz alle Kriterien erfüllst, aber für die Aufgabe brennst, ist das für uns kein Ausschlusskriterium.
- Du bist ein Allrounder von Excel & PPT über Recherche bis zum Führen von Meetings und kannst Dich problemlos in neue Aufgabengebiete einarbeiten
- Du bist zuverlässig, sehr gut organisiert, hands-on und unternehmerisch

- Administrative Unterstützung bei Deinem Umzug nach Berlin, falls Du noch nicht in unserer Stadt wohnst.
