Als Head of Digital Innovation Unit agierst Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie, Geschäftsstrategie und Innovation. Du entwickelst und implementierst mit Deinem Team digitale Lösungen, die unsere Geschäftsprozesse verbessern, die Kundenerfahrung erweitern und neue Geschäftsmodelle erschließen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen:
- Leitung der Digital Innovation Unit bestehend aus vier Mitarbeitenden
- Identifikation und Implementierung von digitalen Innovationen und Trends, die das Geschäft vorantreiben
- Entwicklung von Prototypen und Durchführung von Pilotprojekten zur Erprobung neuer Technologien.
- Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsbereichen zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration digitaler Lösungen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften mit Start-ups, Technologieanbietern und Forschungseinrichtungen
- Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines multidisziplinären Teams von Experten
- Vorbereitung von Empfehlungen an den Gesamtvorstand
- Direktes Reporting an den Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO)
- Mitglied des Digital & IT Leadership Teams
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Innovation Management, Business Development oder Digital Business
- Sehr gute Projektmanagement-Skills sowohl mit agilen als auch klassischen Ansätzen
- Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Implementierung digitaler Innovationsprojekte
- Starkes Verständnis für neue Technologien und deren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im Geschäftsumfeld

- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen, diese zu analysieren und verschiedenen Zielgruppen vereinfacht darzustellen

- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
