**We help the world run better**

**What you'll do**
We are looking for a motivated working student to support the team in several administrative and operational topics.
Main tasks include:

- Support the creation of documentation, enablement materials, roll-out communication, and training materials, including maintenance of internal and external Team-SharePoint pages
- Support the overall orchestration of topics and projects, e.g. creation of PowerPoint slides, preparation of meetings, meeting minutes, tracking of and following up on action items
- Support collection of business requirements and preparation of user stories and mockups to be handed over to development teams
- Testing and validation of developments (e.g. transactional tools like CRM, or analytical tools like SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboards and related data sources)
- Support the team in all other business and operations related topics

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or Information Technology
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Self-driven, highly motivated, team player with open and flexible personality, reliable in delivering results with high quality
- Others: First hands-on experiences with Microsoft Sharepoint is a plus
