**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, einschließlich Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du bist Ansprechperson für den Steuerberater, um eine genaue und zeitnahe Finanzberichterstattung zu gewährleisten
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der gesetzlicher Vorschriften (nach HGB) und best practices sicher
- Du verwaltest die täglichen Finance Prozesse, einschließlich Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung und Hauptbuchhaltung
- Du verbesserst und optimierst die operativen Finanzprozesse und -richtlinien
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Finance Team zusammen und unterstützt bei der kaufmännischen Entscheidungsfindung
**Wen wir suchen**:
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting/Controlling
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Accounting sind von Vorteil
- Gutes Verständnis von rechtlichen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikative, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Trotz stressigen Situationen verlierst Du nicht das Auge für das Detail
