**Contract Administrator (f/m/d)**:

**About the role**

As Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating, drafting, negotiating and finalising HCP and cooperation contracts, vendor/CRO contracts and controlling, tracking and processing incoming HCP invoices and credit notes. In addition, further tasks in the area of Legal & Compliance maybe delegated.
- Contact person for assigned contract types cross divisional, responsible for contract creation, contract finalisation and contract extension based on approved templates or a contract creation tool
- Accounting management for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Important business support function and contact person for the specialist departments for contract-related problem solutions/ contract adjustments/ changes and independent adaptation, if necessary, coordination with Team Lead HCP Contracting and Legal
- Actively training and sensitising the business and stakeholders on processes, systems and contract preparation
- Addressing improvement opportunities to managers
- Control, tracking, processing and approval (via AP4SAP) of incoming HCP invoices for internal workflow
- Contact person for customers and stakeholders for all assigned contract types

**Role Requirements**
- Completed commercial, Nursing, pharmaceutical or legal professional education or comparable qualification
- Experienced and knowledgeable in contract negotiation and German Compliance and legal environment as well as administration in the pharmaceutical industry
- German Language skills of Europe classification C2 and very good English skills ( international contract parties) in speaking and writing
- Independent, dynamic, structured and committed way of working
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in accounting, invoice processing
- Confident use of communication platforms such as MS Teams
- Strong software skills in contract modelling like SAP, SRM and Share Point
