**Ihre Aufgabe**
- Sie identifizieren, analysieren und verstehen komplexe Anforderungen im Kontext der Steuergeräteentwicklung.
- Sie gestalten Features und Funktionen unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams stellen Sie sicher, dass die Features und Funktionen gemäß den Spezifikationen umgesetzt werden.
- Mit Ihrer umfangreichen Erfahrung in der Steuergeräteentwicklung gestalten Sie zielgerichtet den Entwicklungsprozess.
- Sie setzen die Vector Toolchain effektiv für die Feature-Umsetzung ein.
- Anhand Ihrer Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering integrieren Sie komplexe Anforderungen nahtlos in die Entwicklung.
- Sie unterstützen die Entwicklungsteams dabei, agile Arbeitsmethoden anzuwenden, einen effizienten Entwicklungsprozess sicherzustellen und diesen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Ihre Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Steuergeräten im Automotive-Bereich können Sie zielgerichtet einbringen
- Sie besitzen ein fundiertes Fachwissen im Umgang mit Automotive Spice und sind vertraut mit den verschiedenen Aspekten von AUTOSAR Classic.
- Die Vector Toolchain ist Ihnen bestens vertraut, und Sie können diese Werkzeuge gezielt und wirkungsvoll einsetzen.
- Durch Ihre Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Requirements können Sie komplexe Anforderungen verstehen und diese gezielt in die Entwicklung von Features und Functions einbringen.
- Sie sind mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden vertraut und idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) mit.
- Ihre guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen Ihnen eine flüssige Kommunikation, sowohl intern als auch extern.
