**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der regelmäßigen Überprüfung der Datenqualität und Vollständigkeit von Projekten in unserer zentralen Projektdatenbank PLUPS, inklusive entsprechender Berichterstattung / Reporting
- Unterstützung bei der Erzeugung von regelmäßigen (i.d.R. monatlichen) Berichten aus den Bereichen Absatzplanung sowie Produktions
- und Einkaufssimulation (Langfristplanung) für Vertriebs
- / Produktions
- / Einkaufsleitung und Top Management, sowohl allgemein als auch speziell Nachmarkt (RailServices)
- Unterstützung beim monatlichen Aufbau der Absatzplanung sowie beim zweimonatlichen Aufbau der Produktions
- und Einkaufssimulation (Langfristplanung)
- Unterstützung bei der regelmäßigen Abstimmung des Sales Outlook (speziell Umsatz und Auftragseingang) sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Reporting-Systeme
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau der jährlichen ‘Bottom-up’ strategischen Planung (z.B. Laden und Entladen von Daten, Plausibilitätsprüfungen etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Planungssysteme (z.B. Benutzer-Administration der Projektdatenbank, der Absatz
- und Langfristplanung etc.)

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften o.ä.
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Produktionsplanung / -steuerung, Einkauf bzw. Controlling
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse inkl. Makros bzw. VBA
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Module SD, MM bzw. PP)
- Deutsch und Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe
- Professionelle und zuverlässige Arbeits
- und Kommunikationsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
