(Sr.) Security Specialist

You will be responsible for
- Managing and coordinating security activities (physical, administrative, IT, risk) and process improvements (smart work) at HMETC
- Developing, implementing and keeping all company policies in the area of security, safety, data protection and process improvement updated
- Responsibility for managing and overseeing all trainings as well as security and safety related activities
- Overseeing and tracking security and safety related budget plans
- Coordinating and overseeing audit activities with related counter parties
- Leading the planning, implementation and improvement of security installations
- Directing the guard and reception staff processes & policies
- Executing and leading investigations regarding security issues

Who we are looking for
- Professional education or university degree with focus on process improvement, security, business administration or related areas
- Min. 3 years of related experience in the area of security, process improvement, safety/fire management and general administration as well as familiarity with relevant laws and legislations
- Good conceptual and analytical competencies, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced and results-based company
- Excellent writing and project management skills
- Fluent in English and German language as well as good intercultural & communication skills
- Knowledge of technical security installations and skills in risk assessment and security investigations
