Do you want to shape the digital transformation together with the industry leader in the Water Technology market? Join us on our journey We are currently looking for a **Leader Webshop (M/F/d)**.

**Acting as a Leader Webshop (M/F/d) will face you with these tasks**:

- In this exciting role you are leading the webshop team (3 team members) and you are fully responsible for our GROHE webshops in 23 markets
- You are responsible for both sales and performance, the customer experience and day to day webshop operations
- For this you lead global projects that connect with all relevant internal and external stakeholders for example the development-, supplychain-, marketing
- and customer service-teams
- Together with your internal partners you continuously optimize and develop the webshop and customer processes to provide new products and services to both our B2C and B2B customers
- You have full P&L responsibility and you are expected to bring your growth ideas with business plans into the annual budget process

**You should have the following qualifications**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or something comparable that demonstrates your competence to be entrepreneurial in a corporate context
- Passionate about E-Commerce, already with hands on experience managing a webshop or as a marketplace seller
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects in order to reach the defined goals and beyond
- Hands-on, dynamic and collaborative personality, looking to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
- Fluent in English, German desirable and other languages appreciated
