Ihre Aufgaben
- Ausbildungsanfang mit zweimonatigem Vorpraktikum zum Kennenlernen der Unternehmensgruppe, anschließend Beginn des sechssemestrigen Studiums mit stetigem Wechsel zwischen Vorlesungen an der Dualen Hochschule und Praxiseinsätzen
- Vorlesungsfächer in den Theoriephasen sind u.a. Mathematik, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik sowie betriebswirtschaftliche, projektorientierte und allgemein rechtliche Grundlagen
- Einsätze während der Praxisphasen in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen in Weinheim & anderen Standorten
- Zusätzliche Ausbildungselemente sind eine Vielzahl von technischen Lehrgängen, Seminare zur Entwicklung der Persönlichkeit und Führungsfähigkeit, IT-Schulungen, ein mehrtägiges Team-Event sowie ein garantierter Auslandsaufenthalt
- Von Anfang an begleiten Sie erfahrene Ausbilder/innen und bereiten Sie Schritt für Schritt auch auf Ihr Aufgabenfeld nach dem Abschluss<
Ihr Profil
- Bitte fügen Sie, neben dem Anschreiben und dem Lebenslauf, auch die beiden letzten Schulzeugnisse sowie ggfls. weitere Zeugnisse oder Zertifikate hinzu.
- Erfolgreich bestandene/s Abitur oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife mit guten schulischen Noten in den allgemeinbildenden Fächern, insbesondere Mathematik und Physik
- Vorherige technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
- Großes Interesse an Technik
- Gutes schriftliches und mündliches Ausdrucksvermögen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit, Teamgeist, Kreativität, Flexibilität, Lernbereitschaft und gute Umgangsformen
- Freude an einem Arbeitsumfeld mit internationaler Ausprägung
