**Was Dich erwartet**:
- Du verantwortest als Abteilungsleiter:in die termingerechte Planung, Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung des regionalen Mobilfunknetzes sowie Umbau/Erweiterungen von bestehenden Netzelementen im Mobil
- und Richtfunk unter wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen in Bayern.
- Du stellst den Auf
- und Ausbau einer hohen Netzverfügbarkeit in der geforderten Qualität bis zur ordnungsgemäßen Übergabe an den Netzbetrieb sicher.
- Du übernimmst die Leitung und Steuerung des Auf
- und Ausbaues des Netzes unter Einhaltung und Optimierung vorgegebener Mengen-, Zeit
- und Budgetziele.
- Du verantwortest Einhaltung von fachlichen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Bauvorhabens.
- Du führst notwendige Sanierungs-, Ersetzungs
- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen durch.
- Du bist regionale:r Eskalationsmanager:in im Krisenfall und Ansprechpartner:in in Krisenstäben für lokale Behörden.
- Du bist Unterschriftsbevollmächtigte:r für alle regionalen Mietverträge für Mobilfunkstandorte, Bauanträge und weitere für den Netzausbau notwendigen Vorgänge.
- Du verantwortest die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen der regionalen Mobilfunk-Abteilung.
**Was Dich auszeichnet**:
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Technologiebereich.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Prozesse im Bereich Netzaufbau sowie umfassende Kenntnisse über Tools zur Netzplanung (NIS/GIS).
- Erfahrungen in der Nutzung und Anwendung von neuen, innovativen Technologien und Produkten.
- Sehr gute Präsentationstechniken und Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).
Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
