**Your mission**:

- Support the Business Processes & Operations Team in our E2E billing process management and related project tasks.
- Step in our core business processes and take over various tasks in our day-to-day business operations.
- Actively participate in the conceptual development, improvement and design of core business processes related to billing, dunning, and collection.
- Coordinate internal alignments, keep track about the project status to streamline communication and enhance process efficiency.
- Create comprehensive documentation of business processes to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in the evaluation of key business processes to measure efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address billing-related queries and concerns.

**Your profile**:

- You are currently studying economics or are enrolled in a comparable course
- From February 2024 on you can be employed as intern or working student in our office in Berlin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel is mandatory.
- Tool affinity - Jira and Confluence are plus.
- Basic understanding of billing, dunning, and collection processes is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self -driven attitude & eagerness to take responsibility.
- Structured and analytical working style with a team-oriented mindset.
