Specialist Data Privacy (m/w/d)
**Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in der Region Göttingen einen motivierten und zuverlässigen Specialist Data Privacy (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der einzelnen Ländergesellschaften bei der Entwicklung, Überarbeitung, Verfeinerung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und technischen, organisatorischen Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung der Datensicherheits
- und Datenschutzstrategie
- Vorantreiben der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und technischen Kontrollen zur Unterstützung der Datenschutzstrategie
- Verwalten und Pflegen des Verfahrensverzeichnisses, der Data Processing, der Data Transfer Agreements sowie den Technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen der datenschutzrelevanten Prozesse und Systeme
- Durchführen von Risikobewertungen zur Informationssicherheit und Datenschutzfolgenabschätzungen für Prozesse und IT-Systeme
- Koordinierung und Berichterstattung über den Fortschritt bei der Behebung von Verstößen gegen Sicherheits
- und Datenschutzbestimmungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Datenschutzbeauftragten und den lokalen Datenschutzkoordinatoren so wie zuständigen Mitarbeitern, um die vertraglichen Anforderungen an Geschäftspartner für Datenverarbeitungsverträge umzusetzen
- Bearbeiten der Anfragen von Mitarbeitern oder Externen zu Datenschutzthemen, bzw. Ausübung zur Auskunft und Löschung personenbezogener Daten
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Datenschutzbeauftragten und gegebenenfalls lokalen Datenschutzbehörden oder anderen zuständigen Stellen Teilnahme an Audits, Überprüfungen oder Untersuchungen zur Einhaltung von Gesetzen im Zusammenhang mit elektronisch gespeicherten oder übermittelten personenbezogenen Daten
- Funktionsübergreifendes Arbeiten zusammen mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Integration von Privacy by Design bei dem Roll-out neuer Prozesse und IT-Systeme zu berücksichtigen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellt oder alternativ Bachelor/Master in Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen oder in einer Kanzlei
- Erste Erfahrung mit Datenschutzthematiken bzw große Bereitschaft sich hier schnell einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität
- Verständnis für Compliance, regulatorische und rechtliche Anforderungen und relevante Grundsätze, bewährte Verfahren und Standards in den Bereichen Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen an die Standorte in geringem Umfang
