IHRE AUFGABEN
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Funktion Master Data Management innerhalb der Stadler Gruppe
- Leitung der Organisation für die Governance von Stammdaten
- Steuern der globalen und lokalen Aktivitäten im Bereich des Master Data Management
- Sicherstellung einer konstanten bzw. steigenden Qualität der Stammdaten für Materialien, Kunden und Lieferanten
- Erarbeiten und Weiterentwickeln der Pflegeprozesse der Stammdaten
- Einbindung in globalen Sonderthemen, Projekten und Systementwicklungen hinsichtlich des stetigen Verbesserungsprozesses
IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Maschinen
- oder Anlagenbau in den Bereichen Stammdaten-management, Datenqualitätsmanagement und/oder Data Governance
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung darin, unterschiedliche Interessengruppen zusammenzubringen und Lösungen zu schaffen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse in ERP (vorzugsweise SAP) und PLM-Systemen (vorzugsweise Teamcenter) sind wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse (MS Access wünschenswert)
- Reisebereitschaft
