Microvast ist für seine führende Zelltechnologie sowie die vertikal integrierte Wertschöpfung bekannt - von der Zellchemie (Kathode, Anode, Elektrolyt und Separator) bis hin zu Batteriemodulen und -Systemen.
Seit der ersten Auslieferung von Batteriesystemen für Elektrobusse vor über 10 Jahren, hat Microvast seine Geschäftsfelder weiter ausgebaut: von Nutzfahrzeugen über PKWs hin zu Spezialfahrzeugen und -anwendungen - sowie großen Batteriespeicherlösungen für Stromnetze.
Die Microvast GmbH hat im Jahr 2021 eine Batteriemodulproduktion in Ludwigsfelde, Brandenburg eröffnet. Gefertigt werden Lithium-Ionen-Akkus für Transporter und Lkw, für Sportwagen oder Geländewagen.
**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Als **Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) an unserer Montagelinie**, bist du für die Montage von Batteriemodulen und Packs verantwortlich. Stelle die Verfügbarkeit der Anlage durch die selbstständige Durchführung von Inspektions-, Reinigungs
- und Wartungsarbeiten im Rahmen der autonomen Instandhaltung sicher.
**Stellenverantwortungen**:
- Produktionstätigkeiten innerhalb des Werkes für die Montage von Zell-Modulen und Packs
- Bedienung einer innovativen Produktionsanlage nach definierten Standards wie Montagereihenfolgen und Prüfanweisungen
- Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Arbeits
- und Prüfanweisungen, sowie selbsttsändige Verantwortung der Qualitätskontrolle
- Eigenverantwortlicher Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln
- Job Rotation innerhalb der Modul
- und Packlinie und nach Absprache in der Customer Service Abteilung am Standort
- Beseitigung von Anlagenstörungen sowie Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
**Qualifikationen**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als KFZ-Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit elektrotechnischer Grundausbildung
- Weiterqualifikationen in AuS (Arbeiten unter Spannung) und Vorerfahrungen mit HV-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Betriebsmitteln und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Eigeninitiative, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise im Team
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu der Jobrotation in der gesamten Produktion, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
