**Your Role**:
- Partner with ITM's business teams and collaborate with Head of Global Procurement to align on overall procurement strategy
- Set strategic category management direction, establish and implement short
- and long-term goals
- Ensure that procurement strategies and initiatives align with overall company goals and values
- Lead innovation and transformation initiatives at ITM
- Develop and manage KPIs and ensure they support key company goals and values
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining of ITM's preferred Supplier Pool
- Build and provide ongoing oversight for supplier performance management
- Lead key procurement projects in dedicated procurement categories
- Establish and maintain effective top management executive relationships with key strategic suppliers
- Provide guidance, mentoring, monitoring and training to the team of Category Managers / Purchasing Administrators
- Drive change management
- Collaborate with Head of Global Procurement to attract, hire, retain and develop employees for Category Management area
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor degree is required, MBA preferred
- Procurement certification required (CPSM, CIPS, etc.)
- 5 years of relevant experience in Global Procurement in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Expert-level knowledge of procurement principles and processes
- Significant experience with e-procurement and e-sourcing tools and ERP processes
- High-level negotiation skills
- Strong business partnering capabilities and mind set
- Project management and change management proficiency
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate and influence towards a common goal
