There is a nautical theme at both of the 25hours Hotels in HafenCity: Stories of sea voyages and distant ports, wanderlust and homesickness will become part of your normal working day here. In Hamburg’s newest, stylish district, we can offer you a job with guaranteed fun and a great deal of variety. As the two hotels are only a short walk apart, we work closely together in both hotels. **Job Description** How does your working day look like...**
- You take care of your guests during their stay in the banquet area
- You are the contact person for our guests and also know how to deal with complaints
- You are the first point of contact for our guests during the events
- Setting up and converting the conference rooms
- Preparation and supervision of coffee breaks
- Coordinating the banquet business processes with the other departments in the hotel
- Collaboration with the service and kitchen team
- Conducting debriefings with conference guests and documenting individual customer requests for future offers and events
- Preparation of the mise en place
- Booking, cashiering and billing with the Micros POS system

- You are passionate about ensuring that banquet events run smoothly
- You have an interest and/or experience in banqueting
- Working independently is what motivates you
