Verantwortlich für die Durchführung experimenteller Arbeit an gesponserten Forschungsprojekten bei gleichzeitiger Durchführung standardmäßiger und komplexer Laborverfahren, um relevante Forschungsprogramme umzusetzen, wobei das Aufgabenumfeld auch das Betreiben und die Instandhaltung (von Bench Top und großen) Pilotanlagen und Laborgeräten beinhalten kann, bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung, dass in allen Aktivitäten höchste HSSE-Standards befolgt werden.
Hinweis: Research Technicians are K1 through K5.

**Ihr neues Aufgabenumfeld - anspruchsvoll und zukunftsorientiert**:
- Durchführung von sämtlichen Laboranalysen in der Qualitätsprüfung gemäß den Methoden und der Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Priorisierung der Tests im Labor, in Abstimmung mit den Kollegen und den Werksgegebenheiten.
- Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in SAP gemäß den Methoden und der Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Durchführung von allgemeinen Laborarbeiten (Sauberkeit des Arbeitsplatzes, etc.).
- Wartung und Kalibrierung der zugeordneten Geräte; Prüfmittelüberwachung
- Organisierung und Planung von Analysen zur Sicherstellung der Mess
- und Prüfmittelsicherheit.
- Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation im Rahmen des Qualitätssystems und der gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
- Pflege der Inventarliste und Anforderung von Verbrauchsmaterialen.
- Unterstützung des jeweiligen Qualitätsteams und Vertretung bei der Elementaranalyse.
- Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen in die zugeordneten Geräte/Methoden.
- Der Stelleninhaber berichtet alle tatsächlichen und potenziellen Regelverletzungen in seinem Verantwortungsbereich hinsichtlich HSSE, Produktqualität, Produktsicherheit oder Compliance (Regelkonformität).
**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil - fundiert und aus Leidenschaft**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft für chemische Labore oder chemisch-technische Assistenz (alternativ Studium der Chemie BA/ MA)
- Erste praktische Berufserfahrungen in der Schmierstoffadditiv-Branche
- Kenntnisse von gängigen Laborverfahren für Motoren und Getriebe
- Erfahrungen mit in einem chemischen Labor üblichen EDV-Tools, SAP, MS-Office Anwendungen und Datenbanken
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Die Fähigkeit ihre Arbeit selbst zu strukturieren und Aufgaben zu priorisieren
- Ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für HSSEQ-Standards
