We are hiring for a **Campaign Specialist (f/m/d) Event Management.**

**Tasks**
- Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives for internally and externally organized events (Online and on-site events) and create campaigns that result in engagement with our prospects
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success and which fit the E.ON One goals and leading promotional activities for the event
- Prepare event budgets and ensure adherence as well as sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
- Supervise all event-related staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.) and support E.ON One team member present on event
- Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports
- Support Communication & Campaign manager with annual event strategy and budget planning
- Keep an overview of all campaigns running by E.ON One team (sales and awareness campaigns) and work with teams across E.ON One
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration with a focus on event management or marketing or, alternatively, successfully completed commercial training
- At least 3 years of experience in event management
- Ideally experiences in climate energy tech sector and an overview of related international events
- An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational, planning skills and attention to detail
- A team player and enthusiast
- Comfortable with dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English and German)
